KEY ART EXPLORATION
Working with the creative team at Syfy/USA, I led key art exploration for the highly anticipated return of the investigative series, The Sinner. With “New Season, New Story” at the forefront, we aimed to feature the relationship between the two main characters and position the visually rich island setting as an element of danger and mystery. Once visual exploration was completed, the chosen concept was handed off to the talented folks at Kill 2 Birds to create the final key art and on-air promo package.

Kicking off the process with mood boards and sketches, then moving on to rough Photoshop comps, I aimed to capture a sense of mystery and suspense while staying true to the established show aesthetic. Visual themes included a muted color palette, a strong light source, cliff faces, rough ocean water, fog, and reflections.
